Storm damage left several slates hanging over the pavement. We stripped and renewed the cracked slates, repointed the ridge and rebuilt the lead flashing around the chimney, matching the original covering.
Ponding water had caused an old felt roof over a rear extension to blister and leak. We installed a new fully bonded felt system to BS 6229 standards with improved falls and new edge trims.

Rotten timber fascias were letting water into the eaves. We replaced fascias and soffits in low-maintenance UPVC and fitted new half-round gutters with correct fall to the downpipes.
